SHIPPING

 

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS (SINGAPORE)
All designs are currently made to order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for crafting and production. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your order will sent for production and delivered to you within approximately 2 - 4 working days after production.

Local registered shipment is offered at a charge of SGD10.00. Registered packages will include a Registered Article Number for tracking, and signature confirmation upon delivery. You may track your registered shipment at www.singpost.com.


FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All designs are currently made to order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for crafting and production. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your order will sent for production and delivered to you within approximately 3- 5 working days after production. You may track your registered shipment at www.dhl.com.

A flat shipping rate of SGD35 is charged for all items.


Please note that any taxes or customs fees incurred by your purchase are to be borne by the customer.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

 

All sales are final upon checkout and changing of orders or cancellation is not allowed. We do not offer any form of exchanges or returns, unless in the event of a defective or wrong order received. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 3 days upon receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange. Thank you.

Where are you based? 

 

We are based in Singapore. All orders are processed and shipped out from Singapore. 

 

What currency do you charge by?

Do you have a physical store? 

 

We do not have any stores at the moment.

 

Do you provide international shipping? 

 

Yes, we ship internationally, via DHL. Flat rate of SGD35 is charged.

 

Do you offer self-collection? 

 

We do not offer self-collection at the moment. 

 

I have not received my parcel, why is it taking so long? What should I do? 

 

Upon email notification that your order has been shipped out, you should receive your parcel in —

 

Domestic orders (Singapore) :  Approximately within 2 – 4 working days

International orders (Rest of the world) : Approximately within 3 – 5 working days

All parcels will include a Registered Article Number for tracking, you may track your shipment at www.singpost.com for local deliveries and www.dhl.com for international deliveries.

 

While we try our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, shipping delays due to severe weather, holidays in your local area, service interruptions, etc, are beyond our control. 

 

I made a wrong order! Can I cancel it? 

 

All orders are considered final upon checkout. We do not offer any cancellation of orders. 

 

I purchased the wrong size / colour, can I get an exchange? What about a refund? 

 

All orders are considered final upon checkout. We do not offer any form of exchanges, returns or refunds. Product measurements are provided on all individual product pages, please ensure you have selected the right size and colour before checkout. If you are unable to find any product measurements, please feel free to drop us a mail at bonjour@voltairevisions.com  and we will get back to you within 1 working day.

 

Why do the colours of the product differ from the product images?

 

We try our best to provide product images with accurate colour representation. However, colours may differ slightly due to studio lightings and other variables, such as computer monitor settings. Please refer to the close up images for an accurate depiction of the shade. 

 

I received an incorrect / defective item, what should I do?
